 ####################

Forgive me.

Scientists have cloned their humanoid prize-fighters and sweat-shop workers…using my technology.

And terrorists are breeding their suicide soldiers by the thousands. They’ve bombed everything. Even my dinosaur park. The T’rexes have escaped.

What have I caused?   Another Dark Age?

**

Two thousand years later, humanoids wage war with sword and shield against the surviving human fiefdoms. Wingless Mad Dragons roam the tropical wastelands, ghosts haunt the ruins, and ‘magic’ comes from 21st century artefacts.

Seventeen-year-old Raf Kenne, a rickshaw-puller from the slums of JungKalif, is conscripted into a warlord’s army. With his band of slum-boy soldiers, Raf guards a settlers’ convoy through the wastelands. But a humanoid army is in close pursuit, seeking revenge for past atrocities.

Raf must survive by whatever means to raise his father’s ransom. Then, he finds an artefact that could change his life…and the entire fiefdom…
